Help Meow-ta Here seeks to reduce the number of feral cats in the Decatur, AL area through a program of trap, neuter, and return (TNR).  Our organization further strives to reduce the stray cat population through the adoption of kittens and friendly strays, allowing them to enjoy a longer and easier life.
